My Review

4 Bloody Funny Stars

Life Next Door is the first book I have read by J.D. Hollyfield I can tell you now it won’t be the last. I was lucky enough to be given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review so here goes....

This book is funny, it’s quirky and slightly odd but that’s also what makes it brilliant.

Cece is one of the weirdest and most bizarre characters that I have ever had the pleasure of reading.

From page one I had a massive grin on my face and that’s how I stay from start to finish.

This book calls a spade a spade and it’s so true women are fickle, we like wine and chocolate and if all else fails those things will make us happy!!!

Holy hell this book is super sexy, the sex scenes are outrageously intense and passionate and Christ if Trent was an actual person not a fictional character I would be putting my name down for one.

Trent is the perfect guy! He’s alpha, he’s ripped, he’s adorable and above all else he knows what the G Spot is and how to use it lol!!!

This book is essentially about love and cakes and really what’s better than cake and good sex!!!!

I love how this book is in places narrated by Cece because her inner monologue is bloody hilarious!!!

Cece and Trent are adorable they have a passionate connection but it’s also the small gestures that make them such a sweet couple.

This book also made me incredibly hungry lol please someone bring me cake!!!

I really liked this book it was perfect for the mood I was in, it’s easy, funny, witty and super romantic this book gets 4 stars from me!!!
