The Chalet by Tara Sue Me

4 Yes Sir Stars
Blurb - Submitting her body was only the beginning.

Abby King didn’t know true passion until she gave herself to Nathaniel West, one of New York City’s most eligible bachelors and desired Dominants. Now, on the eve of her marriage, she realizes all her dreams are coming true. And with a romantic honeymoon getaway planned at a secluded Swiss chalet, she’s sure Nathaniel will find even more fantasies to fulfill…

Nathaniel never thought he’d settle down until Abby broke down his barriers and changed his plans. With their wedding only weeks away, he can barely wait to possess her completely—heart, body, and soul—and show her the true meaning of being both a wife and a submissive.

Only Abby has one more challenge in store before she becomes his: no sex and no collar for one month before the wedding. Nathaniel is willing to give it a shot but he has one scandalous stipulation—once that month is up, anything goes…

The Chalet is book #3.5 in the Submissive series, I’ve read and loved the first three books in this series so when Tara Sue Me posted that this new Novella was up on Netgalley,  I jumped at the chance to read it before it was released.

This book is a short but super sexy story about Abby and Nathaniel, it takes place straight after the end of the last book and I instantly jumped back into the characters and their world even though it’s been more than six months since I read the last book.

I love how this book tells the story of how Abby and Nathaniel blur the lines of their Dom/Sub relationship and extend the controlled sexy time into their everyday lives.

Everything Tara Sue Me writes has an undercurrent of sexual chemistry and this novella has sex pouring out of every sentence.

To be honest in the first book I hated Nathaniel I thought he was a dick but I grew to love him and in this installment I just found him incredibly sexy and domineering!!!

My only criticism about this novella is that the sheer quantity of sex they have is absurd but to be honest this may be jealousy lol.

This novella is the perfect lead in to the next book in the installment and I for one can’t wait to read it.

I normally hate novellas and for those who have read my reviews about them in the past, I tend to rant about the fact that they are too short and how the story is condensed and loses its focus.

HOWEVER!!! In the case of The Chalet this story is the perfect length it feels more like an extended epilogue and I loved it!! It’s so sexy I was squirming in my seat and now I can’t wait for the next book to be released 4 stars!!!
