Bound to Submit by Natasha Moore

2.5 Not very Dominant Stars

Blurb - Mason’s dark good looks and dominating personality stirred up Kelly’s forbidden fantasies, frightening her so much that she broke up with him. When she agrees to help out at the community haunted house, she never expects to be tied to a bed, playing damsel in distress to Mason’s masked, whip-wielding villain.

Mason knows Kelly is fighting her sexual needs and he hopes that a few hours of playing out her fantasies with him will prove it to her. Bound and under his control, she can’t run away from him this time.

Previously published as Nothing to Fear, but has been significantly revised and expanded.

Bound to Submit is the first book I have read by Natasha Moore, I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review so here goes...

This is a super short, slightly kinky story about Kelly and Mason.

To be completely honest I’m not at all convinced about this book, it’s supposed to be about Kelly learning to embrace her inner sub but for me it just didn’t really work.

Mason has his moments of playing Dom but for the most part I just didn’t find him particularly convincing.

I kind of disliked Kelly she was a bit like a broken record, “this is wrong” “I shouldn’t want this”

I didn't feel any real connection or chemistry between Kelly and Mason. This story started out well the haunted house victim idea was genius but it just went downhill from there.

I just didn’t feel that Mason was particularly dominant, yes he talked the talk but there was nothing intense or alpha about him.

This book had shed loads of potential and I expected Mason to really take Kelly into the sub mindset but I kind of felt that even though Mason was telling her what to do Kelly was the one orchestrating it all.

Sorry but this book just didn’t do it for me 2.5 stars
