Untouched is book #1 in the Florence Arizona
Series, I was lucky enough to be gifted a copy of this book in exchange for an
honest review so here goes...
I just finished the prequel to this book
Unspoken with is book #0.5 in the series here’s a link to my review.
Untouched is defiantly on the darker side of
contemporary romance and there are aspects that may make readers uncomfortable.
Alexa is a tormented young woman who is haunted
by having no memory of a car accident that left her scarred and seriously
injured.
Alexa really brought out the concerned mom in
me, she is so hurt and scared I just wanted to give her a hug!!
Nate is equally as scared and traumatised but
the moment they meet you can see the connection between them.
I love that although Alexa and Nate have a
sexual passion for one another, but their connection is so much deeper than that.
When they are together they heal the broken parts of one another and sooth each
other’s souls.
I don’t want to give away any spoilers but the
book!!! God that horrible little book, it gave me goosebumps!!!
I had figured out who the book was about fairly
early on but it still made me feel slightly sick when she started to remember.
I’m so glad that Lauren Hawkeye didn’t go into graphic details because I’m not
sure I could have read it!!
I enjoyed this book, I dip into the dark side
but not full blow Darth Vader was good this book gets 4 stars from me.

Lauren Hawkeye/ Lauren Jameson never imagined that she’d wind up telling stories for a living… though when she looks back, it’s easy to see that she’s the only one who is surprised. Always “the kid who read all the time”, Lauren made up stories about her favorite characters once she’d finished a book… and once spent an entire year narrating her own life internally. No, really.
