The Duality Principle by
Rebecca Grace Allen
Synopsis:
Sometimes A + B = O. Yes. Oh, yes. Just like that.
Gabriella Evans’s life exists in terms of logic and definitions. She’s holed up in Portland, Maine, for the summer to work on her PhD thesis, but something is screwing up her concentration: the rumble of a motorcycle every time the embodiment of her rough-and-tumble fantasies rides down her street.
When her best friend talks her into a blind date, she finds herself out with the opposite of her fantasy. He’s polite and well-mannered, yet something behind his crisply tailored shirt doesn’t add up—a rebellious gleam in his eye that piques her curiosity.
Orphaned at fifteen, Connor Starks has finally put the years of failing grades, breaking laws and breaking hearts behind him. The only holdover? His penchant for getting down and dirty in public places. But Gabriella makes him want to prove he’s become a better man.
Nothing intrigues Gabriella more than a problem she can’t solve. But the more Connor tries to bury his past, the more determined she is to uncover it. And what she finds makes all her trusty logic begin to fail her…
Warning: This book contains a summer romance, dirty talk, dockside kissing, motorcycles and tattoos. Features a rebellious nerdy girl with an appetite for outdoor sex and light spanking, and a bad boy who’s turned good…or at least he’s trying.

My Review
4 Geek Sex is Cool Stars |
The Duality
Principle is the first book I have read by this author, I’ve been lucky enough
to be gifted a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review so here
goes....
I wasn’t sure how
this book would be, the blurb sounds great but that doesn’t necessarily lead to
a great book.
On this occasion the
blurb is exactly like the book!!!
The Duality
Principle is a light hearted, kinky little nugget of funny romance... I loved
it!!!
Gabby is a geek
with a wild side, something about her really resonated with me. Her frustration
with rubbish sex and men that haven’t got a clue was hilarious and I loved the
dirty little inner monologue she had going on.
Every women has
fantasised about the filthy things we want our man to do to us, we may not all
get to live out those fantasies but I love that Gabby wants to embrace her wild
side and not feel like a freak for enjoying the more taboo side of sex. I mean
who doesn’t like to be spanked in the heat of passion (wink wink)
Connor was a
great character he’s a bad boy who’s trying to be good lol which is just daft
because there’s nothing sexier than a bad boy!!
The sex in this
book is smoking hot especially once they both embrace their bad sides.
My only critisim
is that this book ended a bit abruptly, I love a good HEA epilogue and that was
missed here.
I really enjoyed
this book Gabby and Connor were the yin to each other yang and this book left
me with a great big cheesy grin, and an urge for some alfresco sex lol.
This is a great
easy read perfect for the beach or just a good night in with a glass of wine 4
stars!

After stumbling through careers in entertainment, publishing, law and teaching, she’s returned to her first love: writing.
