Conquer Me is book #2 in The Royals Saga, I may or may not have stalked Geneva Lee a teeny, tiny bit after reading the first book in this series Command Me. Luckily for me Geneva likes bloggers who like her books lol and she gave me an ARC of Conquer Me in exchange for an honest review.

I loved book #1 Command Me here’s a link to my review, so for me Conquer Me had a lot to live up to.

Well Geneva I was on the edge of my seat from start to finish!!!

Book #1 ended on a sad note with Alexander and Clara split up and generally miserable!!!

The second book picks up a couple of months after the first finishes and I was immediately pulled back into their world wondering how long till they were drawn to each other.

For me that am exactly what they were, drawn to each other, compelled to be together. I loved the chemistry and intensity between X and Clara they are just perfect together even thought they have some seriously jagged edges surrounding their relationship.

God I was seriously a great big puddle of swooniness every time Alexander went into Alpha Dom mode. It was like a switch tripped and the cheeky, sexy prince turned into a brooding dominant soon to be King. God is he not just one of the sexiest book boyfriends ever!!!

I love how the Control/Dominance was dealt with in this book it took a big step into the BDSM category but it never felt like it was just about the sex and if anything Clara seemed to get more out of it than Alexander. When she was submitting to him there was this air of bliss and purity which is amazing considering how filthy this book is!!

I’m going to try not to have any spoilers in this review so I’m simply going to say... DANIEL!!!! WTF we so haven’t seen the last of him!!!!

As a nation we Brits are incredibly fond of our monarchy but don’t we all wonder if behind closed doors how they actually behave. I LOVE the idea of the Queen flipping off one of the Princes lol!!!

I simply couldn’t stop reading this book I had no idea how it would end which is why I was still awake at 5.30am this morning frantically reading to see if Clara and Alexander get their happy ending.

Again I don’t want to spoil it but Clara’s last run in with Pepper is Classic!!!!

This book does end happily and the rose’s scene had me on the verge of tears, but bloody hell the epilogue!!!!

This book leaves the way wide open for the third book Crown Me but I’m really not sure I can wait till 2015 for it!!!

This is a brilliant book I got completely involved in the story and I can’t wait to find out what happens next 5 Stars!!!
