Colters’ Woman is the 1^st book in the Colters Legacy Series by Maya Banks this book was originally published in 2006 and has been sitting in my to be read pile since I read Maya’s incredibly kinky Sweet Series.

For anyone who has ever read any of Maya Bank’s books I think we can all agree that the girl can write sex!! I mean seriously she makes me blush a lot. I’m not sure if she writing from experience but Christ if she is her sex life must be amazing!!!!!

I think what we would all agree having read any of Maya’s books is that she is ever so slightly obsessed with threesomes, foursomes and generally multiple men sexual experiences.

Ok so the good bits....

·         The sex is hot, there’s loads of it and it’s incredibly well written.

·         The men in Mayas books are always slightly alpha and essentially gods and this book is no exception.

·         There’s an edge of danger to the story that allows it to be a novel and not just porn lol.

And the not so good bits....

·         The story is completely ridiculous!!! I mean seriously a family heritage of one women being shared between the men of that generation.

·         Holly is a virgin but after losing her virginity she then has hours worth of sex with three men, I remember losing my virginity it hurt like a bi*tch and I’m certain I couldn’t have gone at it for hours and then be gagging for it again in the morning!!

I think I need to find some perspective on this book if you consider it for what it is, a story created to make a foursome an acceptable family situation then it works beautifully. Especially if you gloss over how ridiculous it is that they literally find the women of all three men’s dreams outside their house passed out in a ditch!!!!!

But never the less it’s still a hot as hell book, and I squirmed in my seat through all of the steamy, kinky sex and let’s be honest if you are not looking for a sexy time book with an edge then this tale is not for you.

There’s more books in this series and hell yes I’m gonna be reading them.
