God what to say about these books...

Bizarre is the best word to describe them.

So the good bits....

·         If you love your kink then these books are for you they basically cover the guide to BDSM sex lol (some of it a bit too much for me though)

·         Lucian & Tara, despite all the other weirdness in these books they are a cute couple and you want them to work out.

And the not so good bits...

·         The premise of these books is just strange. Dom Wars hmmmm.... but the tasks are like dodgy reality show rubbish whilst throwing in the a-z of kinky sex acts in-between.

·         I’m not sure that the rest of the characters apart from Lucian, Tara and Steve are a good example of the BDSM community. All the other doms are serious psycho’s

Ok so these books are just odd this is supposed to be dom wars yet from the start they make two doms pair up! How would this work???

Tara has sooooooo many issues I’m surprised the poor girl isn’t sitting in a corner and rocking.

I feel like all of the characters are extreme clichés of themselves, all of the men are extreme abusive nutters and all of the women are either meek cowering mice or vamped up sluts.

 The main character is Lucian Bane and is named after the author Lucian Bane who according to his good reads profile is a Dom. Not sure if these books are semi autobiographical??

 Ok so understandably you are asking yourselves if I’m ranting so much about these books, why did I read all four of them. Well the truth is they are a bit like a car accident you just can’t help but look, I just couldn’t help myself.

I didn’t really like them or enjoy them but for some reason I couldn’t seem to stop reading them.
